I swear dear people, I swear!
I know English!
Even how to speak it! I swear!
Don’t let my Neanderthal speech lie to you!
Give me time and I will sing like English angels,
and speak as Shakespeare intended!
Give me time, you will see!
I will speak so well that you will not understand me!
I can do it! You’ll see!
